Presets and profiles

inner uses depth 1 and cap 300. community uses all defaults. CLI settings start from defaults, apply the chosen preset, replace settings with the saved profile when supplied, then apply explicit flags. Boolean flags enable a feature; there are no corresponding --no-* flags.

GUI Apply saves defaults. Named profiles contain settings only. GUI file filters are unrelated to CLI presets.

Resume uses saved run settings. CLI analyze rebuilds from the checkpoint; ranking flags do not edit that saved checkpoint. Use the UI's Save ranking to change a completed run.
